Is it safe to use my credit card on your web site?
Yes. We use a 128 bit SSL encryption.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of the receipt of your order. If an item is not available for immediate delivery, we will e-mail you with the expected date of shipping. Most orders are shipped UPS (P.O. boxes cannot be shipped UPS. If possible, please provide us with a street address. P.O. boxes require an additional day to process, as well as an additional charge for shipping). Refer to the map below for the estimated number of days for a UPS delivery to reach your location.

This map refers to basic UPS Ground Service. We also offer 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day Service at an additional charge.

An additional charge may be assessed for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you accept international orders?
Due to banking and postal restrictions, we do not ship into all countries. You may place your order and we will e-mail you with the shipping costs and estimated delivery date.

Do you carry more items than shown on your web site?
ABSOLUTELY! We display our most popular items on our site, but we stock about three times what you see there. Feel free to give us a call or write to us if you don't see what you are looking for.

What size do I need?
Unless noted otherwise, all clothing comes in Toddler, Youth, and Adult sizes. Toddler sizes clearly state 6-month, 12- month, 18-month, and 24-month. Youth sizes come in XS or 2/4, S or 6/8, M or 10/12, L or 14/16. Adult sizes come in S, M, L, XL, XX.
